SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pueblo Downtown

The staff is outstanding. I stayed there two months. Some more detail to cleaning needs to be done, but overall great. The cleaning staff was wonderful as well. I was treated with the greatest level of respect. Breakfast consisted of scrambled egg (sometimes a little to scrambled/overcooked. Sausage, Oatmeal (with various spices and berries to add) boiled eggs, waffles, juices and of course much needed morning coffee. I will miss not staying there. Reasonably priced compared to other Pueblo stays and far cleaner. Only sore item, the internet there is horrible. God bless the Staff there.

We got a king suite, so two king beds and a full sofa bed in the other part of the room. Good value for the money. The hotel felt pretty safe considering this part of town can be a little dodgy. It seems like just one person is working at the front desk for a big hotel and no other staff around most of the time. Room was clean and quiet and there were all the necessities. The hallways seemed clean and everything was in good repair. I would definitely stay here again but the sofa bed is VERY uncomfortable so I would not recommend giving it to anyone who really cares about having a comfortable place to sleep.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Chantel in particular was a joy to speak with and an excellent host. Rooms were nicely laid out, and clean enough for comfort. There is a pool on site which I couldn't find advertised anywhere - so bring your suit :-)

Wonderful front desk customer service rep who got us checked in and in our room earlier than expected after we arrived before we anticipated. Large room with sitting area, cold fridge for our drinks and nice indoor pool area.

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pueblo Downtown while visiting Pueblo, and it turned out to be one of the most comfortable hotel stays I’ve had in a while. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The process was quick, which is always appreciated after a long day of travel. The room itself was spacious, modern, and very clean. I really liked the layout with the separate seating area—it made the space feel more like a small studio than a typical hotel room. The location downtown is also a big plus. It’s close to restaurants and within easy reach of the riverwalk area, which makes it convenient if you want to explore Pueblo a bit without having to drive everywhere. Breakfast in the morning was well organized and had plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt quiet and relaxed. If you’re visiting Pueblo and want a comfortable, clean, and well-run place to stay, this SpringHill Suites is a great choice. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We (two adults) stayed here for three nights and were so happy with the experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was the best I've seen at comparative hotels. Excellent location, as well, because it is within walking distance to the Riverwalk, museums, gallery, a variety of restaurants, and event centers. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

First off, the staff at the hotel were great. When I got into my room, the ac was not working. I spoke to the front desk, and the young man quickly placed into another room that was the same style as I booked. Much better. The location is amongst some other Marriott hotels. There is a large amount of homelessness in the area, and I observed several shady transactions take place outside the liquor store and gas station across from the hotel. That being said, I never felt unsafe as the hotel did not seem to be affected by it. The breakfast menu had a variety, and that is good.

The advantage of this hotel (out of the 3 downtown) is a) decent amount of parking b) more “tucked away” from the street and its characters and c) the pool. If those 3 things are difference makers for you, stay here. If not, don’t. The pool is well worth it for a stay with young kids/family, but if simply overnighting and getting back on road, stay at Towneplace next door if price is better.
